Will the system ever email my shippers without my knowledge?
No. Shipper communication sits behind permanent one-click approval. Your brokers control every word that reaches a client, and that doesn't change at day 30 or at any accuracy number.
Does this replace phone calls to drivers?
No. Drivers are in a truck and they answer a phone, not an inbox. Any vendor telling you otherwise hasn't worked a desk. Maneuver handles the digital slice: inbound email inquiries, status requests, and POD chasing over email, so your brokers have room to make the calls that actually need a voice.
What happens if a POD comes back with damage notes?
The load is held out of billing. Any handwriting, annotation, or unreadable mark triggers an alert and routes the original image to your billing clerk to inspect. The system never clears a load for invoicing.
What if the audit doesn't meet our expectations?
If the drafts fall below the accuracy threshold we set together before Phase 1, your $2,000 is refunded.
