What it does

One focused assistant, working inside the email and cloud TMS you already use.

Two jobs, both of them the ones your brokers do least willingly and least profitably.

01

Inbound track and trace

  • TMS lookup. Reads incoming status emails from shippers and carriers and pulls the load details straight from your TMS.
  • Pre-written drafts. Places a finished, ready-to-send reply in your broker's inbox.
  • Rules you set, not judgment you hope for. You define the triggers: an appointment window passing with no delivery confirmation, or no reply or portal update from the carrier within an agreed interval. When a rule trips, a human broker is flagged immediately.
02

Post-delivery POD chasing, over email

  • Post-delivery outreach. Writes the POD request to the carrier's dispatcher 60 minutes after a load marks delivered, and follows up on a set schedule. Drafted for broker review during the pilot; automatic sending unlocks after day 30.
  • Document routing. Attaches incoming documents to the load file in your TMS.
  • Human clearance. Any handwriting, annotation, missing signature, or unreadable page holds the load out of billing and routes the image straight to your billing clerk.
Supported integrations

No new system for your desk to learn.

Email

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Drafts appear in the broker's own inbox. Nobody logs into anything new.

TMS

Cloud platforms with an open API, including Tai Software and Rose Rocket. Other systems are scoped on a call before anything is promised, because a connection nobody has tested isn't a feature.

Documents

The POD lands on the load in your TMS, or in the folder your billing clerk already opens.
