What happens to what you send.

Short, because the site does very little. There is one form, it goes to one inbox, and nothing else is collected.

What is collected: Only what you type into the intake form on the work with us page. That is your name, your email address, your company name and website, what the company sells, an MRR band, team size, and your written answers about what has stalled. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
Why: To read your business and reply to you. The answers are the first input into the diagnostic. They are not used to build a marketing list, and you will not be added to a newsletter because you filled in a form.
Where it goes: The form posts to a third party form processor, which relays it to raymond@maneuverandco.co and stores a copy on its own servers. From there it lives in that email account. It is not shared with anyone else, it is never sold, and it is not used to train any model.
How long it is kept: Submissions that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement starts, the record is kept for as long as the working relationship and any tax or accounting obligation requires, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics: This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts are served from this domain, not from a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell anybody else that you were here. If privacy friendly analytics are added later, it will be a product that collects no personal data and sets no cookies, and this page will say which.
Where the data sits: Maneuver & Co. is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, in the United States, and the form processor and email provider hold your submission on their own servers. If you are writing from outside the United States, sending the form means your answers cross a border, and it may be read from outside the United States as well. Where the law requires it, those transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
Your choices: Write to raymond@maneuverandco.co and ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. It gets done, and you get a reply telling you it is done.
