- What this site is
- A description of services offered by Maneuver & Co. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is advice about your specific business. Reading a page does not start an engagement.
- Prices
- The prices on the services page are current at the date below and can change. The price that applies to you is the one written into the scope you agree before any work begins.
- How an engagement starts
- By a written scope, agreed by both sides, and payment. The intake form is a request to be considered. Submitting it does not oblige either of us to anything, and a submission can be declined without a reason being given.
- What is promised
- The work described in the scope, delivered to the standard a competent professional would apply, within the stated turnaround. What is not promised is a result. Growth depends on things outside this engagement, including what you choose to act on, so no revenue, ranking, conversion or retention outcome is guaranteed anywhere on this site or in any deliverable.
- Who owns the deliverable
- You do, on payment in full. You can use it, edit it, forward it internally and act on it without limit. Maneuver & Co. keeps the right to describe the engagement in general terms as a case study, and will not name you or publish a figure without your written agreement first.
- Confidentiality
- Anything you send is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to anyone else. That obligation survives the end of the engagement. It does not cover information that is already public or that the law requires be disclosed.
- Liability
- Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and does not extend to loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.
- Governing law
- Maneuver & Co. is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, unless a different governing law is agreed in a signed client agreement.
