Diagnose. Define. Build.

Three engagements in the order they are usually taken. Most companies need the first and think they need the third. The prices are here because you should be able to decide whether this is worth a conversation without having one.

  1. Diagnose

    Traction Diagnostic

Find out which of the three problems you actually have, before you spend another quarter building against a guess.

    $2,000

    seven business days

    What it covers

  2. Define

    Positioning and ICP Sprint

The repair itself, when the diagnosis says the message is aimed at nobody. Not more strategy, it's your positioning being rebuilt.

    $6,000

    three weeks

    What it covers

  3. Build

    Growth Operations

You already know what needs to be built. We build it, run it, and report against numbers we agree on upfront.

    $10,000

    per month, three month minimum

    What it covers

  4. Anything else

    Custom

A carve out of one of the three, a second opinion on a plan you already have, or a diagnostic across two products rather than one.

Everything starts at the same place

Whichever of these you think you need, the first step is the intake. It takes about ten minutes and the answers go straight into the first read of your business. If they say you are asking for the wrong thing, you will be told that before any money changes hands. That happens often enough to be worth stating plainly: most companies arrive asking for the third engagement and need the first.

If you go on to the Positioning and ICP Sprint or to Growth Operations within thirty days, the $2,000 Diagnostic fee comes off the first invoice.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax due in your jurisdiction. Engagements are invoiced in advance.

The awkward questions.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Growth depends on things outside any engagement, starting with what you choose to act on, and anybody promising you a revenue number is either guessing or selling.

What is promised is the work described in the scope, to the standard a competent professional would apply, inside the stated turnaround. Every claim in the deliverable carries its evidence, so you can check the reasoning rather than trust the conclusion.

Is the Diagnostic fee credited if we continue?

Yes. If you go on to the Positioning and ICP Sprint or to Growth Operations within thirty days, the $2,000 comes off the first invoice.

How does payment work?

A written scope and price is agreed first, then the engagement is invoiced in advance and the work starts on payment. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax due in your jurisdiction.

Who owns the work?

You do, on payment in full. Use it, edit it, forward it internally, act on it without limit. The right kept here is to describe the engagement in general terms, and nothing that names you or publishes a figure goes anywhere without your written agreement first.

Is what we send confidential?

Yes, by default, and that obligation outlives the engagement. It does not cover anything already public or anything the law requires be disclosed. If your legal team needs a signed agreement of their own, ask in the intake.

What happens if it is not a fit?

You are told plainly, and told why, inside two business days. Where there is somewhere better to send you, you get pointed there.

Declining work that will not go well is cheaper for both of us than taking it.

Everything else people ask

Not sure which of these you need?

That is what the intake is for. It takes about ten minutes, and the answers go straight into the first read of your business.
